Project overview
Online sellers have to rely on multiple delivery platforms to offer customers different delivery speeds.
E-commerce brands and online sellers want to give their customers a fast and reliable delivery experience with a broader array of delivery speeds i.e, on-demand delivery, next-day delivery, and standard 1-3 days delivery. To achieve that online brands have to rely on different delivery aggregators which cater to only one specific delivery option.
Also once the product is being delivered both the merchant and customers will want to track the shipment, not all 3PL platforms offers reliable tracking to both parties.
