Logistics space can be a very complicated area to navigate. Different companies run differently from each other to better suit their needs.

Load and Go TMS is built to suit the different logistics companies' different needs and ways of operations. Customized operational flow lets a company run on its proven steps without adapting to what the TMS platform is offering.

Problem Statement

The logistics companies have proven steps that they follow. Every company has its operations set up differently. Even companies follow different delivery flow for different speed within the company
i,e. Some are just pick up and drop off, some go through extra steps like “In warehouse for sorting” etc.

Logistics managers have their hands full most of the time managing merchants, drivers, and warehouse workers. Giving the logistics managers a level of automation by setting up teams to do different tasks reducing the amount of stress and errors.

Project Goals

One of the main goals of the project was to create an online quotation funnel for new users to get a motor or home policy quote online.

The goal was to incorporate easy-to-build operational flow from start to finish. The users can create multiple operational flows to manage all kinds of deliveries with a degree of complexity like adding warehouse locations and dispatch points. The users have the freedom to plan for all outcomes that may occur in a delivery flow i.e. from successful deliveries to failed deliveries.

Manage teams and assign tasks with just few clicks

Managing teams consisting of warehouse employees and drivers can be a big chore. With the all-in-one teams, the user can effortlessly create a team and assign them to their tasks. With just a few presses of buttons, the teams will know their work for the day, and for managers, it’s easier to track the progress, saving hours of planning.

Map integration for better visibility and route handling

To give the logistics companies better route handling capabilities, maps have been integrated into the TMS. Maps give overall visibility to operate efficiently and a chance to assign tasks to drivers easily.

The driver companion app is designed to ease the delivery experience for the driver through route optimization and seamless POD (proof of delivery) being efficient and fast. Drivers can focus more on the road and spend less time planning the deliveries manually while minimizing the chances of errors
